The Fish Restaurant.
The Royal Native Oyster Stores were taylor made by the W.O.F.C around 100 years, on a commanding part of the beach from here it was possible to keep an eye on the companies beds aswell as hold oysters in tidal tanks, sort grade and pack them whilst still having room for an enormous meeting hall the building has more recently housed the companies famous fish restaurant. Native Oysters are available September to April. Home grown rock oysters are available as well as other local fish and shellfish available year round. The Restaurant has as extensive wine list which has recently been complimented by excellent products from the assocciated Whitstable Brewery.

Fish has always been bought from Kentish Boats but we also look further afield to cover times of limited variety or bad weather
